While installing ecu.test I get the notification: 0x8007005 - Access is denied.

Solution

This issue most likely comes from an outdated, uncommon, or restrictive antivirus program.

Please ask your IT department to help you configure the necessary access for ecu.test.

The ecu.test setup has to create an entry in the Windows registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
This is necessary for the automatic continuation of the setup if the computer has to be
rebooted before the installation is ready.
