I am facing problems when I try to connect a tool supporting CAN-FD with ecu.test.

I want to configure my CAN-FD Port, but I have no idea where to find the data for the needed properties.

Is there any reference where I can get these entries from?

Solution

If some other software has already opened and configured the CAN interface, ecu.test will use these settings.

Otherwise, ecu.test has to configure the interface itself.

For that purpose, settings can oftentimes be copied from other tools (see below).

Make sure the bit rate in ecu.test is entered in bit/s.
