Solution
If you want to connect multiple Vector hardware devices you need to set the Hardware entry in the Vector: XL API
tool adapter to Entry "ECU-TEST" in Vector Hardware Config(-1).

ecu.test will now use the settings that are implemented in the Vector Hardware Config window. Make the following
changes there:
If it is not already present, create a new Application entry called ECU-TEST.
In this Application entry create all the busses that you need.
Lastly, assign the newly created busses to the corresponding Vector hardware.
