[Vector: XL API] How to connect multiple Vector hardware
Issue
Can I implement the usage of multiple Vector hardware devices in ecu.test?
Solution
If you want to connect multiple Vector hardware devices you need to set the Hardware entry in the Vector: XL API tool adapter to Entry "ECU-TEST" in Vector Hardware Config(-1).
ecu.test will now use the settings that are implemented in the Vector Hardware Config window. Make the following changes there:
If it is not already present, create a new Application entry called ECU-TEST.
In this Application entry create all the busses that you need.
Lastly, assign the newly created busses to the corresponding Vector hardware.
You need to change the controller numbers in the ECU-TEST test bench configuration (TBC) accordingly to the settings in the Vector Hardware Config.
