[Support data] How do I provide support data

Issue

I would like to provide my support request with data. What kind of data is necessary and where do I find it?

Solution

In general we always recommend to include data to process your request more quickly.

If your attachments are too big for our system please ask us for an upload link.

You can use the Support Wizard, which can be opened in ecu.test via Help > Support request. It offers you the option to collect all information in an easy way and exports them to a .zip file.

Choose between Compile support data or Reproduce problem and follow the instructions.

Take a look at your test.guide instance and navigate to System configuration > General.

If you do not have the rights to access System configuration ask the person in charge.

Take a look at Info > Help contents > 8.2. Working with logs as well.
