Issue

While trying to open my test report I get one of the following error message:

Details: OperationalError: no such index: IDX_reportitem_src_category

Message: '<' not supported between instances of 'NoneType' and 'NoneType'

Is there a chance to recover it?

Solution

You can send the affected test report as well as the corresponding .journal file to support@tracetronic.com or raise a request via Support Center.

We might be able to recover the test report for you.
