You can use the Support Wizard, which can be opened in ecu.test via Help > Support request. It offers you the option to collect all information in an easy way  Choose between Compile support data or Reproduce problem and follow the instuctionsinstructions. |

Take a look at your TEST-GUIDE test.guide instance and navigate to System configuration > General.  If you do not have the rights to access System configuration ask the person in charge. Take a look at Info > Help contents > 8.2. Working with logs as well. |
